Automec ist heute nicht nur ein Unternehmen, sondern das Ergebnis eines Abenteuers, das 1975 von Giovanni Franco Felice Maggi<\/strong>, meinem Gro\u00dfvater, begonnen wurde. In all diesen Jahren hatten wir das Gl\u00fcck, mit gro\u00dfartigen Handwerkern zusammenzuarbeiten, mit bedeutenden Unternehmen zu kooperieren, innovative Technologien und Techniken zu erproben. Wir haben gewonnen und verloren, wir hatten Momente der Freude und der Sorge, wir hatten Gl\u00fcck und Pech. Und all dies hat sich zu einer gro\u00dfen Erfahrung entwickelt. Wenn Sie mit uns zu tun haben, haben Sie es nicht nur mit einem Getriebemotorenhersteller zu tun, sondern mit Werten, mit einer Schule, mit einer Arbeit, die italienischen Einfallsreichtum mit dem f\u00fcr Mailand typischen Flei\u00df verbindet.<\/strong>
\nWie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, beginnt unsere Geschichte 1975, als mein Gro\u00dfvater Giovanni die Idee hatte, mit der Herstellung von Getriebemotoren zu beginnen. Er er\u00f6ffnete seine Werkstatt in einem Keller in der Via Soffredini in Mailand, wo er zusammen mit meinem Urgro\u00dfvater und meiner Gro\u00dfmutter zu arbeiten begann. Als meine Mutter und mein Onkel Kinder waren, halfen auch sie im kleinen Familienbetrieb mit, wenn sie nicht zur Schule gingen. Sobald das Gesch\u00e4ft zu laufen begann, verlie\u00dfen sie den Keller und zogen in eine kleine Werkstatt in der Via Apelle, ebenfalls in Mailand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Der Wendepunkt (1989-2011)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1989 gab es einen neuen wichtigen Wendepunkt<\/strong>. Die Arbeit brauchte einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Schub und so tat sich mein Gro\u00dfvater mit Emilio Zerega<\/strong>, einem seiner Konkurrenten, zusammen und gr\u00fcndete Automec<\/strong>. Emilio nahm seinen Sohn Fabio mit und \u00fcbertrug ihm die strategische Rolle des Verk\u00e4ufers, ein erster Schritt f\u00fcr den \u00dcbergang vom Handwerksbetrieb zum Unternehmen.<\/p>\n

Von 1989 bis 2000 wuchs Automec<\/strong> zu einem kleinen strukturierten Unternehmen. Seit meiner Kindheit ging ich im Sommer dorthin, um meinem Gro\u00dfvater zu helfen. Als ich mit dem Ingenieurstudium begann, besuchte ich morgens die Schule und ging nachmittags in die Firma, um zu helfen. Nach Abschluss meines Studiums wurde ich Vollzeitmitarbeiter im Familienunternehmen.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2004<\/strong> verlie\u00df das Unternehmen den Mail\u00e4nder Hauptsitz und zog in die Via Daniele Manin im belebten Sesto San Giovanni<\/strong>, etwas au\u00dferhalb von Mailand selbst.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2011<\/strong> gab es ein Ereignis, das uns tief schockierte: Giovanni starb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Eine strategische Akquisition (2011-heute)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Meine Mutter und ich<\/strong> wollten nicht, dass die ganze Arbeit meines Gro\u00dfvaters verloren geht. Wir krempelten die \u00c4rmel hoch, begannen nach neuen Kunden zu suchen, um den bestehenden Stamm auszubauen und erforschten neue Strategien, um dem Unternehmen neues Leben einzuhauchen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2014<\/strong> hatten wir den Plan, die gesamte Arbeit zu internalisieren. Dazu \u00fcbernahmen wir unseren eigenen Lieferanten, den kleinen Handwerksbetrieb von Grazia Rosito. So wurde das Neue Rosito<\/strong> geboren, das jetzt in Automec integriert ist, was uns erlaubte, in der Produktion von Rotoren unabh\u00e4ngig zu werden.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2015 zog Automec in den aktuellen Firmensitz in der Via Muggiasca 19<\/strong> um, nur wenige Kilometer von der \u00f6stlichen Ringstra\u00dfe von Mailand entfernt. Seitdem ist die T\u00e4tigkeit gewachsen und wurde strukturiert, um sich den Herausforderungen eines Marktes zu stellen, der nicht mehr nur Mail\u00e4nder oder italienischer Natur ist, sondern global.<\/p>\n
