Uma hist\u00f3ria passada de gera\u00e7\u00e3o em gera\u00e7\u00e3o (1974-1989)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hoje, a Automec n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma empresa, mas sim o resultado de uma aventura iniciada em 1975 por Giovanni Franco Felice Maggi<\/strong>, o meu av\u00f4. Em todos estes anos pudemos lidar com grandes artes\u00e3os, colaborar com empresas renomadas e experimentar tecnologias e t\u00e9cnicas inovadoras. Ganh\u00e1mos e perdemos, tivemos momentos de alegria e preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, sorte e azar. Tudo foi uma enorme experi\u00eancia. Quando trabalhar connosco, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 colaborar\u00e1 com uma ind\u00fastria de fabrico de engrenagens, mas tamb\u00e9m com valores, com uma escola, com um trabalho que combina o engenho italiano com a ind\u00fastria t\u00edpica de Mil\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Como referi acima, a nossa hist\u00f3ria come\u00e7a em 1975 quando o meu av\u00f4 Giovanni teve a ideia de come\u00e7ar a produzir motorredutores. Ele abriu a sua oficina numa cave na Soffredini, na cidade de Mil\u00e3o, onde come\u00e7ou a trabalhar com o meu bisav\u00f4 e av\u00f3. Quando a minha m\u00e3e e o meu tio eram crian\u00e7as, tamb\u00e9m ajudaram nesse pequeno neg\u00f3cio familiar, sempre que n\u00e3o estavam na escola. Assim que o neg\u00f3cio come\u00e7ou a funcionar, sa\u00edram da cave e mudaram-se para uma pequena oficina em Via Apelle, tamb\u00e9m em Mil\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

O ponto de viragem (1989-2011)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Em 1989 houve um novo e importante ponto de viragem<\/strong>. O trabalho precisava de um empurr\u00e3o extra e o meu av\u00f4 associou-se a Emilio Zerega<\/strong>, um dos seus concorrentes, e fundou a Automec<\/strong>. Emilio levou o seu filho Fabio com ele e deu-lhe o papel estrat\u00e9gico de vendedor, um primeiro passo para a passagem do artesanato a neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n

De 1989 a 2000 a Automec cresceu<\/strong> at\u00e9 se tornar uma pequena empresa estruturada. Em crian\u00e7a, eu costumava ir l\u00e1 no ver\u00e3o para ajudar o meu av\u00f4 e quando entrei para a escola de engenharia, costumava frequentar a escola de manh\u00e3 e depois \u00e0 tarde ia para a empresa ajudar. Ap\u00f3s terminar os meus estudos, tornei-me membro a tempo inteiro da empresa familiar.<\/p>\n

Em 2004<\/strong>a empresa saiu da sede de Mil\u00e3o e mudou-se para a Via Daniele Manin no movimentado Sesto San Giovanni<\/strong>, mesmo \u00e0 sa\u00edda de Mil\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A minha m\u00e3e e eu<\/strong> n\u00e3o queria que todo o trabalho do meu av\u00f4 se perdesse. Arrega\u00e7\u00e1mos as mangas, come\u00e7\u00e1mos a procurar novos clientes e estud\u00e1mos novas estrat\u00e9gias para dar nova vida \u00e0 empresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Em 2014, para internalizar todo o trabalho, adquirimos a nossa fornecedora, a pequena empresa artesanal de Grazia Rosito. Assim, nasceu a New Rosito<\/strong>, agora parte da Automec, o que nos permitiu tornarmo-nos independentes na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de rotores.<\/p>\n

Em 2015 a Automec mudou-se para a sua sede atual na via Muggiasca 19<\/strong>, a poucos quil\u00f3metros da estrada orbital leste de Mil\u00e3o. Desde a\u00ed, a atividade aumentou e foi estruturada para enfrentar os desafios de um mercado que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 milan\u00eas ou italiano, mas sim global.<\/p>\n
